PayShare does not hold users’ funds and is not intended to custody their crypto-assets.

Crypto-asset payments are initiated and validated by the user through their compatible wallet environment, including Nimiq Pay.

PayShare does not guarantee the availability, continuous operation or performance of the blockchain network used for transactions.

Transactions validated on a blockchain may be irreversible. Users are responsible for verifying payment information before confirming any transaction, including the amount and recipient address.

4. Crypto-Assets and Risks

The use of PayShare may involve transactions in crypto-assets, including NIM.
